Rental Property Management Glossary – Cannabis in Tenancy Agreement
A landlord may include a term prohibiting the growth, production, and processing of cannabis.
All agreements entered into on or before Oct 17, 2018 are considered to prohibit the growth of cannabis while any agreements entered into after this date must include a specific term.
