Rental Property Management Glossary – Entry into Rental Unit?
Landlord may enter the rental unit only if
(a) At least 24 hr. & not more than 30 days before entry, with a written notice stating a reasonable purpose & the date/time of entry
(b) Emergency for protecting life or property
(c) Permission to enter by the tenant
(d) The tenant has abandoned the unit
(e) Landlord has an order of arbitrator or counts
(f) Providing housekeeping or related services
The landlord may inspect the rental unit monthly in accordance with (a).
