Rental Property Management Glossary – What is Statutory Forfeiture?
Statutory Forfeiture is a limitation period imposed by statute when a tenant does not respond to a 10 Day Notice to End Tenancy.
The tenant is deemed to have accepted the eviction and must vacate on or before the notice’s effective date.
